operations onto an adjacent property. ELC completed the new construction and then
renovated the existing building and offices to provide continuity of design for the new facility.

Tower Café engaged ELC to expand and upgrade their existing food service operation,
while minimizing shutdown time. ELC executed a fast track, three-phase build out
to minimize business disruption. The project entailed the modernization and expansion
of food service areas, including build-out of new dining area and upgrading interior finishes.
